1. Order Processing Time

1.1 All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, GMT+8).

Sundays, Chinese national holidays will pause processing; orders placed on off-days will be shipped the next working day.

1.2 We reserve extra 1–2 days processing for large bulk orders, customized engraved goods, or out-of-stock restock items.

1.3 Once shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier tracking data to update online.

2. Shipping Methods, Cost & Estimated Delivery Time

We provide two mainstream shipping options at checkout, rates auto-calculated by weight & destination:

Standard Economy Shipping (Most Popular)

  • Transit Time: US/CA/AU: 10–22 business days; EU/UK: 12–25 business days
  • Cost: Tiered weight price shown at checkout; Free standard shipping for orders over $[XX]

Express Fast Shipping

  • Transit Time: US/CA/AU: 6–12 business days; EU/UK: 7–14 business days
  • Cost: Premium expedited rate displayed before payment
Important Note: Delivery times are estimated only. Delays may happen due to customs inspection, carrier backlogs, weather, global logistics peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas), which are out of our control and not eligible for automatic compensation or full refunds.

3. Duty, VAT & Customs Responsibility 

3.1 All import duties, local VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, entry taxes and handling fees in your receiving country are the sole responsibility of the buyer (DAP shipping term). We will not reimburse any customs-related costs.

3.2 We declare true actual product value on commercial invoices per international trade regulations. Requests for undervalued/fake declarations to evade tax will be strictly rejected.

3.3 If packages are seized, detained, returned or destroyed by local customs due to restricted items, prohibited categories, or buyer’s refusal to pay tax, we bear no liability; no full refund will be issued in this scenarioShopify.

4. Track Your Shipment

  • Track link: Use the tracking code in your shipping email on official carrier websites.
  • Log into your store account to view real-time shipment status anytime.
  • If tracking stops updating for over 7 working days, email our support with your order number for carrier investigation.

5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

5.1 Risk of loss, theft and product damage transfers to the buyer once goods are handed to the logistics carrier.

5.2 For confirmed lost packages: We will assist to file official carrier claims. Compensation maximum equals your original order payment amount, limited to carrier insurance coverage.

5.3 Damaged items upon arrival: You must submit clear photos/videos of broken packaging and defective products within 48 hours of delivery for inspection, per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Address Modification & Order Cancellation

6.1 You may request shipping address edits or full order cancellation via support email only before the parcel is dispatched.

6.2 Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages, change delivery addresses or cancel orders; you can only initiate a return request following return policy rules.

6.3 Invalid, incomplete or non-deliverable addresses provided by buyers will result in returned shipments; return shipping fees will be deducted from any future refund.

7. Shipping Restrictions & Unavailable Countries

Restricted Item Rules

  • Battery, liquid, powder, magnetic, cosmetic goods use separate special logistics lines with adjusted shipping fees; do not combine with regular products without checking first.
  • Perishable, flammable, dangerous, adult restricted, counterfeit-regulated goods cannot be shipped.

We reserve the right to suspend shipments to any country temporarily due to trade sanctions, logistics suspension or local shipping bans.

8. Dropshipping Exclusive Paragraph

Most items ship directly from our partnered China supplier warehouses instead of our main store warehouse:
  • Each SKU may have a different return address; never send returns without prior written approval from support.
  • Mixed-SKU orders may ship in separate multiple parcels with individual tracking numbers.

9. Combined Shipping & Multiple Items

Multiple items in one order will be packed together by default. If separate packaging is required, notify support right after placing your order; extra packaging/shipping fees may apply.
