Returns & Refunds Policy

At cigaoni, we strive to deliver satisfying shopping experience. Please read our full return & refund terms below before placing orders.

1. Return Eligibility Window

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after customer receives the package.

Requests submitted beyond 30 days will not be approved for return, exchange or full refund.

2. Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for refund/exchange:
  • Goods must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging, tags and all accessories intact
  • No scratches, stains, wear marks, assembly traces
  • We reserve the right to reject returns if items arrive damaged, heavily used or missing parts after inspection

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

These categories cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance:
  1. Customized / personalized engraved products
  2. Intimate apparel, swimwear, underwear, beauty & opened cosmetics
  3. Clearance, flash sale, discounted final-sale goods
  4. Digital downloads, gift cards, e-vouchers
  5. Disposable, perishable, hygiene consumables

4. Shipping Cost Rules 

  1. Customer’s own reason (size wrong, dislike, mismatch expectation):

    Buyer bears all round-trip return shipping cost. Original outbound shipping fee will not be refunded. Return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  2. Our fault (defective, broken, wrong item, missing parts, damaged in transit):

    We cover full return shipping cost; we send pre-paid return label after you provide clear photo/video proof of defects.

5. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Send support email:Amity@cigaoni.com

    Include: Order number, full name, item SKU, return reason, clear picture evidence
  2. Wait official approval reply within 24–48 business hours
  3. We send confirmed return shipping address (overseas warehouse / domestic China address)
  4. Customer ship out package with tracking number, send tracking link back to us
  5. We inspect goods within 3–7 working days after receiving returned parcel

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once inspection passes, refund will be issued in 7–10 business days
  • Money will go back to your original payment account (PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay etc.)
  • Banks/card issuers may take extra 3–10 days to post funds to your balance, this delay is out of our control

7. Exchange Service

Exchanges are only available for defective/wrong shipped items.

If you want exchange for size/color due to personal preference: same return rule applies (customer pays return freight). Price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

8. Partial Refund & No-Return Refund Solution

For low-value damaged items, we may offer partial refund without requiring you to send goods back, to save international shipping cost for both sides. This is decided case by case by support team.

9. Important International Notice

International return shipping takes much longer than domestic delivery. Please allow 2–6 weeks for return parcel arrival. We are not liable for lost return packages if you use untracked ordinary mail; we strongly suggest tracked shipping for returned orders.
